ROMIT MATHUR

Romit Mathur is an expert valuer and appraisal. He has construction industry experience of over 33 years. He completed his architecture degree in 1990. He has been involved in various construction design, project execution and property development as design, design-build, land development, project management, cost estimation and valuations. His experience of working on large projects like Campuses, Institutional and commercial projects, Hospitals, Residential development, Industrial buildings, Office interiors has helped in assessing various types of land and building projects.

He studied valuation in an online course for commercial valuations from internationally famed Royal Institute of charted valuers (R.I.C.S-U.K.) and followed by a course from I.B.B.I though Institute of Valuers (India). He qualified from Ministry of Corporate Affairs- IBBI to be a certified valuer in India. He further completed a bachelors of law (LLB) degree from Alwar University. He has a complete knowledge of building construction, land and building valuer and Legal knowledge to make him an industry expert on the subject.

 

He has provided his valuation expertise to legal cases, Income tax, Property developments to various corporate and individual clients.

Value of property shown in the accounts as a capital assets or liability but is not necessarily current market value (actual cost minus depreciation)

The above valuation is accompanied with a site visit, survey and analysis of site. A report with photo documentations is prepared investigation and information is gathered from various authorities, sources as may be required is scope of work.

A site survey and measurement is carried out in absence of drawings. If drawings are available a due diligence and verification of correctness of drawings and measurement etc. is carried out.
